  • We are proud to offer our customers our VIP Maintenance Policy. This policy gives our clients peace of mind when it comes to their heating repairs. While all customers receive a 1-year warranty on part replacements, if you purchase the VIP Maintenance Policy at the time of parts replacement, we can offer you up to a 3-year warranty. You'll also receive 2 preventative maintenance check-ups as part of your policy. These have no expiration date, meaning if your 3-year parts warranty has expired, you can contact us to get your preventative maintenance check done at no cost. You'll receive a copy of our policy showing all the included benefits and information.
