Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $18 to $27 per hour (plus commission)

Being an HVAC service technician may be the perfect option for you! Must enjoy customer service, be dependable, and have prior success in servicing HVAC systems in residential and/or in residential/light commercial settings. If you have 3+ years of HVAC service experience, we’re interested in you.

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 3+ years in the HVAC field or similar service repair or installation
  • Exceptional work ethic
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills with work team and customers
  • Must have a valid Virginia driver's license 
  • EPA-certified for an experienced position

 

Schedule:

 

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Day shift 
  • Monday to Friday 
  • Emergency and weekend rotation with additional pay

 

Typical start time:

 

  • 8 am

 

Typical end time:

 

  • 5 pm
